Clyde-Savannah’s “Giving Tree” holiday program has long been a special resource for our community. A new partnership has now been announced for this year’s iteration. “Toys for Tots”, based in Rochester will be donating gifts for the program.
School social worker Joe DeWolf, who helps oversee the program says Toys for Tots will support 80 of the students/families enrolled. 105 students will be supported because of this partnership and will receive multiple gifts for the holiday season.
“It makes it special because we want to give students in the school community the opportunity to have a good holiday season. No matter their level of need, they won’t have to choose food over gifts.”
You can donate to Toys for Tots at different sites across our region leading up to the holidays.
