Chris is the Director of Special Education and Pupil Personnel Services for Clyde-Savannah. He is also the Chairperson for the Committee on Special Education and Preschool Special Education, and 504 Committee. Originally hired by Clyde-Savannah as a 6th grade teacher 25 years ago, Chris has also taught 5th grade, reading intervention, and high school students as a Global 10 and U.S. History teacher. When not at school, you may find Chris riding his motorcycle, snowmobile, or hiking the many trails in our area.

Our department is responsible for developing and managing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 Accommodation plans for Pre-Kindergarten through graduation. We also coordinate English as a New Language (ENL), requests for homebound tutoring for medical reasons, mental health services, nursing, residency and registration while operating within Federal and New York State regulations
