Community Eligibility

Community Eligibility Provision (CEP)

Clyde-Savannah is pleased to announce our eligibility for CEP, or the Community Eligibility Program. CEP is a non-pricing meal service option for schools and school districts in low-income areas. CEP allows the nation’s highest poverty schools and districts to serve breakfast and lunch at no cost to all enrolled students. All students will be eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school at no charge to your household regardless of income. A Household Income Eligibility Form is requested to be used for reporting purposes and to determine if the district and/or your child(ren) may be eligible to receive additional funding as part of federal programs.

The CEP program will allow access to free nutritious meals for all students. Students receiving free breakfast/lunch through CEP will not need additional funds deposited to MySchoolBucks, however individual student accounts will continue to be maintained allowing parents/guardians to prepay for additional breakfast/lunch purchases such as à la carte items, milk, ice cream, extra snacks, a second meal, etc.

All children in the school will receive complete meals at no charge regardless of household income or completion of this form. This form is to determine eligibility for additional State and federal program benefits that your child(ren) may qualify for.

The Parent Notification Letter and Household Income form are listed below.  If you have any questions filling these forms out, please notify the district at the contact information below.
